    Navigating new terrain can be challenging, particularly in the first six months in a new role. It is critical for newly hired or appointed leaders to develop in ways that will empower them and their teams.

    I work closely with clients to integrate their talent into new environments and scale their leadership competencies, capacity, and capabilities to align with and perhaps, exceed expectations.

Executive Coaching

I help individuals, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and teams drive transformational change and set the foundation for long-term impact and value creation. Research has shown that coaching increases the likelihood of transformation by more than 70%. My Action Science research approach allows me to partner with leaders through a process of planning, action, analysis, and reflection. Branch & Associates helps leaders shift mindsets and build skills to think and perform more effectively.

Systemic Reflective Leadership Development Program (SRLD)

Through a systemic, reflective lens, participants of the 6-month program will experience powerful perspectives on leadership, organizational development, and individual and organizational leadership in a single impactful program.  Participants will engage in synchronous and asynchronous environments designed to turn raw data into information through a process of interpretation, reflection, meaning-making, and action. This program is designed to address specific performance development and bring about a full-scale transformation. Participants will emerge from SRLD with an expanded breadth and depth of leadership. SRLD includes the use of performance indicators, 360° degree assessment (or other appropriate instruments).

Leadership Alignment 1:1

Align your talents to achieve results through 1:1 coaching sessions. We’ll work together to identify your value proposition and examine how it helps to shape you and your organization. In partnership, we will:

On-Demand Coaching
