Workshop: The Joy Project™️

Strategic leadership and thinking should take place throughout an organization. It’s important for individuals at all levels to see the big picture and think critically – beyond a particular role. We teach critical strategic thinking, mindset models, skills and strengthen communication capacity required of strategic leaders, such as advancing strategic conversations, framing issues, challenging the status quo, and aligning disparate views. Leaders who engage, walk away with increased focus, clarity, and strategy to execute amidst the daily obstacles they face.

After completing the self-titled, signature program & workshop you will be able to:

• Clearly articulate what makes you feel fulfilled (what brings you joy)

• Understand what drives your behavior when you are at your natural best

• Identify behaviors that optimize your performance and achieve results - your “A” game!

• Do what you already want to do, yet lack strategic and tactical resources.

• Recognize an inner feeling of knowing that no matter what comes your way, your life can be full of joy - it’s an inside job.

Workshop: Awareness Academy:

Choosing different thoughts requires focus and practice. In this workshop, we take inventory of the mindset that currently guides your behaviors, and implement mental models to help you show up for yourself and others in ways that add value personally and professionally. This workshop lets you answer questions like, What do I want to do? Why do I want to do it? We help you identify those self-limiting conversations that you have with yourself that discourage your deepest desires. I work closely with clients to:

• Uncover their Why

• Create strategies to execute their How
